Natura - Taking Ingredients from Hedgerow to Hi Ball
We approach cocktails more like a kitchen than a conventional bar.
Seasons change. Ingredients come and go. Elderflower becomes elderberry; green strawberries become ripe fruit; herbs are preserved, fermented, infused and clarified.
Natura takes those ingredients and turns them into drinks with a sense of place.
Some are poured from a bar in the middle of a field. Others become a wedding cocktail, a bottled serve for a hotel, or the beginning of an entirely new drinks menu.
Nature knows best. We simply work with it.

Guy’s Space is the creative journal behind Natura. A collection of cocktails, food, wild ingredients, growers, makers, places and people worth knowing about.
Sometimes it becomes a Natura drink. Sometimes it's simply something delicious worth sharing.
